Pick a card Nov 4-Nov 9: Your Week Ahead + the US Election & Your Mental Health

This is a stressful week for many people. The last few elections have shown to be contentious events and so it makes sense that people are on edge, feeling dysregulated, stressed and anxious more than usual, and especially seeking outside connection and advice.

I hope you’ll find a bit of both here. I pulled some cards this morning to give us a focus for the week ahead. As I always say in these readings, the messages are already inside you. Your subconscious is looking to bring forward something you need to know and that can happen in so many different ways. Sometimes, it happens during a card reading.

So let’s take a moment and tap into the subconscious. There will be external messages here but they’ll only resonate if you already have an internal message needing to come through.

Bring awareness to your breathing. Relax your jaw, your shoulders, rotate your neck a bit. Shake off any excess energy that followed you into the reading and allow yourself to access comfortable relaxation.

When you’re ready, go ahead and scroll down to see the cards. Let your card show itself. Don’t think too hard. Go with your first instinct but if you feel pulled to more than one card, you may find a message in more than one reading. Trust yourself.
